About this project
This small non-profit had been emailing its trustees a Microsoft Word document as an attachment as its monthly e-newsletter. The sender had no way of knowing if the emails were being opened, leaving her guessing about the effectiveness of the communication; the recipients had no way to easily find the specific information that interested them, leaving them frustrated and less likely to read any of it. That all changed when I designed this email template for the group. Now, readers can visually glance through the clearly marked newsletter and find the headlines they want to read; the staff has real-time reporting through the Create Send email tool to let her know who is reading and clicking. That’s what I call a win-win.
